1 Security Policy (Card & Data)

We use St George Bank Payment Gateway for online transactions and Tyro EFTPOS in‑venue. Checkout pages are served directly by St George; card data never touches our servers. All payment traffic is protected by TLS/HTTPS and audited to PCI‑DSS v4.0. 

Our Intrac booking platform applies encryption‑in‑transit, role‑based access, AU‑hosted redundant infrastructure, monthly vulnerability scans and MFA for administrators.

 

2 Consumer Data & Cookie Policy

We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services (see §3). Cardholder details are shared solely with payment processors for authorisation.

This site uses:

Meta Pixel; and 

remarketing cookies that may show you relevant ads on other websites.

3.5 Retention & deletion

3.6 Children

Accounts must be created by an adult (18+). We rely on parental consent for all data relating to children under 18.

3.7 Security measures

Encryption‑in‑transit, intrusion detection, least‑privilege permissions, annual penetration testing and staff privacy training safeguard your data.

3.8 Data‑breach response

If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

3.9 Complaints

Contact our Privacy Officer first. If unresolved you may lodge a complaint with the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).

 

4 Terms & Conditions of Service

4.1 Scope

These T&Cs apply to court hire, private & group coaching, holiday camps, competitions, retreats, corporate functions, tournaments, pro‑shop sales and any other services delivered by Super Kids Sports Pty Ltd (“we/us”).

4.2 Bookings & Payments

 Term programs – full payment upfront. 

 Private lessons & “drop‑in” squads – card payment at booking. 

 Holiday camps – pay‑as‑you‑go; place confirmed once payment clears. 

 Court hire – payment captured on reservation. 

 Prices include GST and are quoted in AUD. 

 Spots are non‑transferable without written approval. 

 No commercial activities may be run on our courts without prior written approval.

Management may waive notice for illness/injury upon receipt of a doctor’s certificate. Time is measured to the scheduled start time of the session.

4.4 Provider cancellations & weather

Sessions may be cancelled or relocated due to unsafe weather, coach illness, facility issues or force majeure. We will offer a reschedule, account credit or refund if no alternative is available within a reasonable time. Management’s decision on playability is final.

4.5 Conduct & safety

Patrons must: follow staff instructions and signage; behave respectfully; avoid abusive language, harassment or bullying; wear suitable attire and non‑marking shoes. We comply with the NSW Child Safe Standards; any breach may result in immediate ejection. Police will be called if a directive to leave is ignored.

4.6 Risk acknowledgment, waiver & medical disclosure

Tennis and related activities involve inherent physical risks. By participating you acknowledge these risks and release Super Kids Sports Pty Ltd, its employees and contractors from liability for injury or loss to the maximum extent permitted by law. You must inform coaching staff of any new injuries or medical conditions before play. Our public‑liability insurance remains in force.

4.7 Photography & media

Promotional photos/videos may be taken. Advise reception or email us if you do not consent; we will endeavour to exclude you/your child.

4.8 Intellectual property

All website content, logos and training materials are owned by Super Kids Sports Pty Ltd. No unauthorised copying, distribution or adaptation is permitted.

4.9 Dispute resolution & governing law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes must first be raised in writing; the parties will attempt good‑faith resolution within 30 days. Either party may refer the dispute to Resolution Institute mediation before commencing litigation. The courts of NSW have non‑exclusive jurisdiction.

 

5 Refund & Credit Policy

We do not provide cash refunds except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights that goods be of acceptable quality and services supplied with due care and skill.

6 Shipping & Delivery (Pro‑shop)

Orders dispatch within 3 business days via Australia Post or courier. Standard shipping under 5 kg is AUD $10; heavier items are calculated at checkout. Delivery: 2–7 business days metro; remote areas may vary. Free local pick‑up is available. We ship within Australia only; lithium‑battery items travel by road courier.

Legal restrictions: Participants in holiday camps must be 3 years or older. We do not export racquet batteries or pressurised gas canisters internationally.

 

7 Definitions

“We/our/us” = Super Kids Sports Pty Ltd and its trading names. 

“You/your” = customer, participant, or parent/guardian.
